What companies do you think are ripe for a takeover? (Back to story)

Hopefully very soon it will become obvious that anything hostile in the long run just doesn’t work. The only way to assure future success is to have a win/win situation. And hostile takeovers are anything but that.
Long term success for companies needs to shift from profits to compassion for individuals and respect for all concerned.

Private equity firms all over the world should unite and do a leveraged buyout of Microsoft (MSFT). They are:

1) Just too fat and happy;
2) Have no regard for shareholders;
3) Have prodigious cashflows which they are determined to throw away by value destroying purchases like Yahoo.
